How do I install the Mission Reports application?

A detailed walkthrough can be found in the installation instructions.

The application is having an issue with licensing. What should I do?

If you did not receive your personalized license file from Mission Control Systems or your license is not working, please contact us at software@getmissioncontrols.com.

What file format is used for a report?

All current reports are Excel spreadsheets.

Some of the cells in my report are formatted with different colors. What do they mean?

Each report has an "Overview" tab with definitions for all of the cell formatting that appears in the report.

Can I select a full system export as my input file and create reports summarizing my entire database?

Yes. Any DeltaV FHX file can be an input to Mission Reports. If the application does not find applicable items in the file for a particular report, that tab in the spreadsheet will say something like "No results".

Do you have any other reports available besides the default ones that come with Mission Reports?

At our site, we have complicated modules that were custom-designed. It would be great to have a site-specific report to summarize these modules in a user-friendly way. Is that possible with Mission Reports?

I just need one report for my database. Do I need to buy a license for that?

One-time creation of one report can be purchased for $5k. One-time creation of all available reports can be purchased for $8k.
